I transferred my account to the person moving into my old apartment on October 6th, 2022. I got billed at the end of October, as Verizon doesn’t prorate the month - however, they told me that would be the final charge. Now it is November, and I just got ANOTHER bill through autopay. I had to literally create a new account to come here: I do not use verizon at my new place due to issues like the one above. I need help talking to the right people about getting a refund and never getting mistakenly charged again through billing info I’m no longer comfortable with Verizon having access to.
