I sign up for the 100 MBPS for $39.99, my service andwill start Friday but I just saw that I'm being charged $89.99?!!!??????!!!. What the SAME!! I have called the customer service several times to adjust my payment, and every time I have to hold for 30 minutes to fix my amount.  What is the use of customer service when there is no service?
