Billing/Disconnect Issue

I am trying to figure out who to speak with about my disconnection of service.   I initial canceled my service 1/31/18 and I have continued to be billed through 3/4/18.  I have spoken with customer service but the issue is still not resolved.  Does anyone have any suggestions here?
