Billing Error - Past Due

I received notice that my bill was not paid.  I have my check and bank statement to show it was cashed. I spoke and chatted on line.  I was told to contact Customer Financial Services. I'm trying to either email my copy or send by mail my backup.  Seems impossible to get that information   Anyone have luck in contacting Verizon via email or mailing address?
