Billing Fiasco

Due to disability I can't call. I'd like, via private message, the email address of billing. Or, if a billing rep is willing to help. via private message, please pm me. My issue was settled seven months ago but I'm again getting shutoff letters over the same proven-paid bills.

This is a peer to peer support forum. You can't contact Verizon here.  Support does not have an email, but you can speak with them through an online chat. You'll find the information for it here:
