I have Verizon Fios, and I had my verizon Wireless account set up with One Bill. On October 20th I canceled my Verizon wireless service. I was told I would still have to pay the November Bill because of the way One Bill pays the wireless charges in advance, but I would see a credit on my next statement.
I now have my December statement, and it does not include the wireless charges, but also does not include a credit. Where did the money go that I paid in November?
