I been dealing with your support and have spoken to close to a dozen people over there and no one was able to help me.
Back in December I got FIOS with just internet service and using my own router. Called support the first time because I was not able to connect to the internet with one of my devices, they blamed my router.So i went to get the Verizon router, and like i suspected it was not the issue with the router.
I returned the router, a couple of hours later my service was disconnected. I called support to find out why my internet was not working, and I was told, when i returned the router it triggered the disconnection order. I told them I needed it back ASAP because I work from home and needed the internet. Since it was weekend, I was told I had to call Monday to get my service back. Called the following Monday, and I was advised to open a new account because they could not just reactivate my old account. January, came, received 2 bills so I called support, I told them the router was returned and the other account was disconnected. Support said, maybe there was just a delay and the bill should go away the next billing. I was also told I would get credit because of disconnecting my service back in December. Every month I call, they would acknowledge that there was a problem on your end and they would fix it. Now it's End of May, bill still showing the incorrect amount. To make matter worse, now youre ruining my credit, by reporting me to Experian and TransUnion for not paying a bill that you admittedly an error on your end. I need my credit report cleaned, i don't owe you money, you owe me money.
