I have been trying to pay our Verizon bill for a week and a half now to no avail. The system keeps showing an old invoice and incorrect amount due. When I try to click on pay bill and add the amount in manually, I receive a "we are having trouble with this sytem" error message. I called the customer service line and was told I could pay over the phone, but that i would be charged a fee. I don't really feel as though I should have to pay a fee, or drive around and look for a location to pay in person if it is Verzon who is having the technical issue.
Is there an estimated time for when the system will be fixed?
