Billing Problem

Hello - I've had internet and phone with verizon for three months and last month tried to add TV. They gave me an outrageous price so I declined. Now my internet and phone bill has suddenly doubled. I've been a long time customer and am heartbroken about this treatment from a company I had a lot of respect for.  Can someone please help about getting this sorted out?
