I have had a major issue with Verizon Wireless, I had an account with them back in 2009 and they billed me incorrectly. I terminated my contract and paid the $175 per line and they continued to bill me. I now have a balance of $1500 for their incompetance. This has hindered many things and I am fed up with it. They will not provide me documentation proving they have the infromation that says im accountable. I am all for paying my part but not when they continue to bill. They also are not reporting on the correct date, they have continued to report after the last delinquent date. This is a nightmare, preventing me and my wife from buying a house and our 8 week old daughter. This needs to be handled immediately.
