Hi,
Does anyone have a higher level contact to help me resolve a billing overcharge? I recently updated to gigabit ethernet and when I did, the upgrade fee ($150!?!), which is split into three monthly payments, was waived by the agent I spoke with. For the first month, things were correctly reflected, but since then I have two $50 charges (one for January and one for February) that should be removed. When I called in January, the agent I spoke to swore up and down that I would have credits (that they were already showing up on the upcoming bill) on my February and March bills... but that is clearly not the case. Since the first-level agent was untrustworthy, I'd like to speak to someone who is capable of actually helping.
Thank you,
Andrew
tell the situation to the NYS Public Service Commission
they have the authority to get Verizon executive escalations involved.
give a phone number Verizon can call you on. They are very quick.
However you must be able to upload or fax PROOF of what you claim. If found in order you will get the results you desire.
Good Luck
This issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent.
