To whomever is concern
I had Verizon service and have been very good customer. I moved from one state to another state where Verizon is not having service. So, according to rule, I have to pay ETF to get out from contract. To waive off, I have to submit proof of new address; but due to technical reasons from Verizon side, the new address proof was not submitted, which I have it and ready to submit anytime. I attempted multiple times to do so; and had conversation with Verizon representative; but nothing worked. I have attempted in month of December, January, February, and March talking to multiple Verizon representative, and dealing and explaining the reasons for bill and error on Verizon’s website. I have proof of every attempt that I tried.
Upto last week, I had an outstanding bill from Verizon of $172.99 (monthly bill + ETF). I paid due part monthly bill $49.99 leaving $123.0 as ETF. Now, my outstanding bill with collection agency. I am not responsible to pay ETF because of fault of Verizon’s side. Previously, I contacted everyone but no one seems responsible to take care of problem.
So, I want to resolve the issue ASAP. I have already spent lot of time, and went through mental trauma for not paying bill. I urgently need some Verizon’s representative to call me and resolve the issue.
Thanks, Sandeep
