Black Friday Amazon gift card screw up

Is anyone else having issues redeeming the $100 dollar amazon gift card?  I received an email to “get it” and then it doesn’t do anything but open My Fios app with no link to the amazon card.  A verizon rep told me to contact amazon but amazon has no idea what I’m talking about because there is absolutely zero information to give to them.

Help would be appreciated.
