Browser logs me off constantly!

Why does the on-line browswer version of My Verizon log me off constantly while i'm reading my email?  I cannot stay connected for more than a few seconds.  I'm constantly having to relog on and re enter my userid and password.  This is extremely annoying!

Hello Carolkaz,

The online browser will log you off after a long period of inactivity but not a few seconds. If you are getting logged off that quickly you will need to check your settings on the browser or antivirus program.  To isolate further we would need more information.
