Hello,
For the past 2 1/2 months, my mother will call verizon, input the information they request, and then be sent to a chinese speaker (My mother is an English speaker). For some reason, we have found that my mother's account is flagged as "mandarin chinese". Initially this was amusing, but we are going into the 3rd month with Verizon NOT FIXING THIS. Both my mother and I have called over a dozen times and have literally spent hours on the phone with different representatives. We are told the issue is fixed/will be fixed when it is not.
I am kindly requesting to be put in touch with a supervisor who has the ability to fix this.
