Can not register for $50 Reward

Hello! I am a new Verizon customer and was promised a $50 pre-paid giftcard for installing new FIOS services at my residence. I was intructed to go to vzrewards.verizon.com to register and have tried numerous times from numerous devices including my phone, home and work computer. The link does not work and it seems there is no longer a Verizon Rewards program so I am concerned and confused. How do I receive my giftcard?
