Can't Add or View Sub-Accounts via Yahoo

I have the Yahoo service through Verizon and want to manage my sub-accounts for Verizon. When I click the link to add a sub-account in my Verizon account, it takes me to a Yahoo error page. I am not sure why Yahoo is involved here. Is there a way to add sub-accounts anymore?
