Hello, I made a payment arrangement for 09/29 and rescheduled it for financial reasons. however the first arrangement for 9/29 is now showing as successful and the scheduled payment for 10/12 is still showing as well. I need to cancel the 09/29 payment. Please help.

When I call 1-800-VERIZON it asks for my wireless number yet I am only a FiOS customer. Is there an actual contact number for FiOS Billiing? This website just leads me to this forum that has not been helpful, a chat bot that suggests I can cancel my payment however I get "Failure! We are sorry we cannot process your request. Please try again later"
