Cancellation of Service

I recently made an order to get Phone  Service on top of the Internet says that we have . The agent did tell me that if I make the order, it will be automatically added into the contract without reviewing or singing any document. I did not review it or accept that service because the price was abit night . Now a month later am hit with charges for service that wasn’t even used and am asking them to cancel that phone service, Verizon is refusing to cancel the service, and also they are charging $350 term fee. What should I do do get a help in this matter.
