I called to cancel FIOS in January 2021. I returned all equipment in March 2021. I’ve spoken to at least 7 agents since April when I was charged for service while the equipment charge was removed from the bill. I was told I would receive a refund and not to worry about paying the April bill. It’s now past due. Why am I still being charged for a service I cannot use, because I returned all equipment and moved across the country? I have wasted numerous hours on the phone and in Verizon’s chat function. I am at my wits ends with this.
