Cannot Access My Verizon Account to pay bill online

I no longer have an account with Verizon. I'm unable to pay my bill. I have tried "https://nbillpay.verizonwireless.com/cws/viewLogin.action#/payments" .

I have also tried going to Verizon in person and they can't find my information.

This is affecting my credit score, can I please talk to a real person that can help me.
