Cannot change credit card for FIOS autopay

I would like to change my credit card for AutoPay. The Verizon Support pages states:

"You can update your credit card information on the Auto Pay page.

  • Click on Edit to update your existing card information or Add New Accountto pay with a new card
  • Update/Enter your card information
  • Read and accept the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page and select Continue
  • You will be provided with confirmation of your changes"

When I click on  the Auto Pay page link, I am redirected to Easy Pay. I get the following options: 1) View Paper Bill and 2) Make Payment. 

When I click Make Payment, I get "Your account has been disconnected. You have no payment due at this time. Any new charges or credits will appear on future bill(s)."

How do I get to the Auto Pay page?
