Cannot check the status of my giftcard

 I was suppose to be receiving my 300 dollar visa giftcard this month, however the rewards.verizon.com website is not working.

I'm getting an error that my account is not on file, despite me putting my Master Order number and Last name as a password.

It was logging in fine a month ago, now ever since they remade the reward website I cannot check the status and I need to know when its going to be delivered.

Any way I can find out about the status?


Just as a note, I got an email with my Cards PIN and another one saying i should be getting a pin a week before the card comes, yet the PIN came 2 weeks ago.

Have you tried calling Verizon directly?
