Cannot make online payment or see past statements since November

I tried to make a payment in December and I kept getting an error message that payment services were not functioning. I figured it was a glitch and decided to try later.  The holidays came and I totally forgot. Logged on this morning to make a payment (which is now for 2 months service) My account page shows a zero balance.  I called the customer service number and I do indeed owe for 2 months now.  I was not going to pay by phone and be charged a fee when this was not my fault.  I spoke to three people and they tell me it was an internal problem and someone would call me back. I was home al day and no one called.

I still am unable to pull up anything (My last bill showing is the one from October)  My last payment was made in November but it is not showing....it does come up when I call and select "Payment history".  I need to make a payment to my account before it escalates and I owe 3 months.  I refuse to pay a fee for  to make a phone payment and I would like to be able to check things online.  I can't even look at my bill before paying it as it is not showing up.  Thank you.

Since this is STILL not solved after hours on the phone I will post yet again.  I got an email saying they would be glad to help me...then one yesterday saying it was solved and to log in to pay my bill.  Yes, sure. Same thing. I can see nothing past October's bill, cannot make a payment. Now after the tech was here today to install my Quantum media center, router, and 2 set top boxes (which took him three hours to get to work) when I pull up my account it tells me I have Triple Play  but  no TV services and my $10 credit I am supposed to have with that is not showing up.  I STILL cannot see my boxes online, and I STILL cannot log in to my FiOS app on my phone or watch things on ABC or NBC.com because I need to log in to my Verizon account to do so and it will not validate my account.  I NEED to make a payment and I refuse to pay a fee to do it over the phone when it is not my fault I cannot pay online. Ever since they did the update to new account numbers or whatever it was in November, the site has not worked properly at all. I was supposed to get a call and none came. I got the email from whoever sent it from here, and it was a lie as NOTHING WAS FIXED!  I am Copying my original post and response here as I cannot reply to it because it was locked.  I allowed extra time because I posted on a Friday and Monday was a holiday, but I think I have waited long enough for this to be resolved!
