Cannot redeem $50 gift card

I got a promotion offer for a $50 gift card for signing up for FIOS. I'm eligible now, but unable to proceed to redeem it. Clicking the link to redeem gift card, just refreshes the page. I've tried several different browsers, using my phone, clearing cache. Nothing works, please help. Thank you.
