Hi, when I try to follow the link to redeem Samsung promo offer, it just takes me to the main dashboard. I tried to use app, mobile website and desktop. None work. Reached out to support via chat and got no help aside from suggestion to clear cookies. The offer expires today and I’m traveling oversees. Need this resolved or extended ASAP please.
