I requested my account to be put on hold since I had to move overseas for my job (DoD). I paid all of my bills and paid off my phones early. A couple of months later, I was notified that I had a credit of approximately $500. I went to log on to the Verizon wireless site to activate my sons phone because he is headed back to the states to go into the Army and now my account no longer exists. I was able to log on when I owed money to Verizon but now that I have a rather large credit on my account, it no longer exists. I was told I had two years to put a hold on my accounts. I suspended the accounts in August of 19.
