Cant redeem gift card

I signed up for the most expensive Internet, partly because of the rewards offered. I just received my email that I am eligible for my $200 gift card and the link isn’t working. I’ve tried chatting and calling multiple times and have only been able to speak to a robot that doesn’t understand me. Very frustrating and if I’m unable to redeem the gift card, then I’m switching over to Optimum where maybe I won’t be lied to.
