Like many here, I am playing this game with verizon after getting the redeem email:
- tried the website, the link in the email takes you to the account dashboard - no link or tile to "redeem" anything
- installed the Android apps: 1. My Fios - nothing there 2. My Verizon - "We can't complete your request right now. Sorry about that" when I sign in
- contacted chat support - useless - keeps telling me that this page should be there in my account - eventually gives up telling me to call the support number
I cannot believe an apparently reputable company allows such goofy customer experience.
The email I got goes like this:
"Great news! Now that your Fios service has been installed for 65 days it's time to redeem your reward.
A $100 Verizon Gift Card for your order of Fios Home Internet Gigabit Connection.^
A $onus Verizon Gift Card for your order of Fios Home Internet Gigabit Connection.^
Follow the instructions below to redeem.
Click on the Redeem now button below and log in using your
user ID and password.
Click on the reward tile and follow the on-screen instructions
