Charged for an On Demand Movie I did not Purchase

Yesterday, I was charged $19.99 for the movie, "1917". But I did not, nor have I ever ordered or clicked on and On Demand feature. I don't know if it is glitch in the Verizon system or a hack job, but I want it credited back to my account. Like everyone else, my attempts to reach Verizon today are failing at all points.
