Collection account

I have a quetion, after collection account has been paid , does it drop off from credit report or should be disputed to drop off?

Hi jjones777, when an account goes into collections and has been paid off, it will show that it has been paid, but will stay on your report to show that it was behind and in collections. ~Frank
