Collections Information

I have two collection accounts with verizon listed. I do not have old bills or contact information with account numbers, making it impossible for me to pay them off. Verizon is less than helpful. Anyone have any insight on what I can do?

Normally if in collections you will have to pay the collection agency.

verizon will not have any further contact with you.

just remember the payoff takes care of what you owe. But the credit reporting agencies will keep that bad information on for 7 years.
