Worst internet service ever. I canceled fios the first week of the month and they disconnected my service the same day I canceled it, and they charged me for the entire month. I would never go back to Verizon after they ripped me off.

Verizon has a 30 day total customer guarantee. Simply call them and ask for your money back within that time frame.

if they refuse file a complaint with your states attorney general’s office.
