Have been trying to contact Verizon about moving, it states that FIOS is not available at my new address and I have been trying to determine what services are.  I have called the support number four times over the past three days to be told by an automated system that somebody will contact me back after navigating through the menu telling it that I am trying to move.  From the research I have done on my own the services shown are not adequate in comparison to competitors and I want to know if there is anything I am not seeing before switching to a new company at this point.
