A couple of solutions. Cancel the service and find service elsewhere.

or you can have a friend or relative simply get new service at your address but they need to pass a credit check.

my last suggestion is part of my first suggestion. Cancel service, within 30 days you can come back with new customer pricing. Verizon will send letters and emails begging you to return instead of just giving you the lower price prior to your leaving.


calling or using chat will not get you a lower price, you could try but it's a risk.
