Hello,
I had been following my credit report for the last few months closely. Yesterday, I received a free credit report and seen that Verizon Fios stated 7 late payments for which appears as a balance. Which was from early termination. I have logged into the Fios account and paid the balance and now at zero.
I really did not know this was affecting my credit if not would have been paid long ago. How can I get this removed from my credit report? This is very crucial as it may affect me getting a mortage soon for a home. Please get back to me on what can be done or what I have to do to get this sorted.
