I have been searching for a way to provide feedback on my last customer service experience. i wanted to make sure that the young lady that finally took the time to understand my problem, also took the time to research and figure out what was causing the problem as well as fix it!! it took us almost an hour on the phone but she was the most patient, HELPFUL person i have ever dealt with in these circumstances. i did not get her name but here is my ticket information.

Hi itzgotti,
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. We will make sure that your comments are passed along.
And I have been trying to do the opposite, sorry. I posted a request for someone from customer retention to please call me. I'm a long time customer and have given Verizon many compliments. Can't only reply to the positive. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Hey artcele3,
These forums are primarily for us users to talk to each other. Sometimes the Verizon moderators will escalate an issue or take note of a post, as happened in this thread.
The forum software here shows you as making only one post, ever. If you tried to post a request, it didn't work. For best results, you should start a new thread with your specific issue. Starting a new topic on an old thread is a great way to get ignored.
Be sure to provide enough details for people to help, but don't post any private info as these forums readable by everyone on the Internet.
If you want to reach retention, the best way to get to them is to call 800-VERIZON and make the menu selections to cancel all services. I suggest you call during business hours.
Good Luck.
