I called Verizon and was told there was nothing on my account regarding a gift card. What do I do now?
I've had a delay with receiving a gift card from the rewards program so I contacted customer support from the email I received indicating that I would be receiving the card in 2-3 weeks. I still didn't receive the card in that time frame or even a week after that but customer service told me that the gift cards have been backordered and that I should receive it by the middle of June.
It been 2 week and I didn't receive my $50 gift card.... I call for internet services only.. I'm truly unhappy.
I would like to talk to a representative about bill payment.
