Directv and ATT merger

I bundle my phone and internet services with directv and this morning I woke up and heard about the buyout of Directv by ATT. I cannot get FIOS in my area yet (nor does my husband want our house being "renovated" just for tv service) anyway I am concerned that Verizon may not offer Directv satellite after the buyout goes through. Its probably too early in the game to know anything but any "heads up" would be greatly appreciated so I can look into other tv options if necessary.
