ETF being charged when I was told no ETF was owed

Hello,

My final Verizon bill is basically an ETF. When I closed my account I was assured by the Verizon representative that the ETF would be waived, and that she made note of it on my account. I took screenshots of the conversation and am more than happy to post it here for proof of this conversation.

I also have an e-mail from the representative who told me I would not be charged an ETF. I will also be happy to post the screenshot of this or forward the e-mail to whoever needs to see it.

I'm just extremely worried about seeing this final bill with the ETF after being told multiple times that there would be none. I would appreciate any help in getting this issue resolved.

Thank you.

This is a peer to peer support forum. You need to contact the Verizon Billing Dept. and let them know that you have that proof. They will likely ask for copies.
