I have been trying to resolve a billing issue for the last 3 months over the phone and it has been so frustrating. I am being billed for service after a snowstorm took out the landline service and would not be repaired by Verizon. I have called multiple times and the resolution of the call is that someone will call me back after they verify that there was no activity on the line for all those months. I never get a call back and then I call again and start all over again. I want to write to someone who can deal with this issue. Now, I am getting a letter from the collection agency. I have never missed a payment before --very frustrating. Can anyone help?
