False charge remains on closed account

How do I get a false charge off my now closed account? I canceled Fios Feb 22 and they billed me $99.99 for March -- I was not a customer of Verizon in March.  I continue to expend energy to get this false charge removed, to no avail. How do you charge someone who received no services? HELP!
