Fios App Not Showing Correct Monthly Fee

Yesterday I signed up for Fios TV and the 940 Mbps triple play package, and the woman I spoke with told me my monthly cost per month after taxes and fees would be 201.92. An install date was scheduled.

In my Fios app, it lists my new monthly amount as 264.00. I contacted a Verizon rep by messaging this morning & she confirmed the 201.92 and had no idea why the app isn't reflecting this.

Any ideas?

I understand the first bill will be higher and closer to $400.00 because of the install, but the amount on my app, refers to after the install monthly cost.

Normally you end up with 2 months and installion (if any) on your first bill.  There after you are paying for the next month each time.  Often the installation costs is split over your first three bills.

Also all those little fees and taxes add up,
