Fraud Renewal Offer Through FIOS Box

I have now spoken to 3 different individuals about a fraudulent renewal offer from their FIOS box for 109.99.  After accepting this offer, the price is now $30 more a month since "grandfathered" discounts were removed. This was NEVER stated in the offer and once I clicked on accept, these changes were made.  Now, they are saying the renewal once accepted cannot be canceled. I have HATED this company for years and feel forced into keeping them for the lack of alternatives. The lack of competence of the workers and their policies are criminal.  It is disgusting how they take advantage of existing customers.
