I'd like to take the time to express my frustration about Verizon fios. How can a billion dollar company have such bad customer service and horrible  professionalism? I've called several times to speak with a Manager and I get no call back. I am trying to see who can resolve my issue, I was promised that my negative mark on my credit report would be removed if and when I completely my payment arrangement. I call early to pay it all off because it is seriously damaging my credit and my plans for certain things so that they can remove it, and then they say they do not see any notes of a representative stating they will remove the negative mark. That Verizon does not remove anything from your credit report once it has been reported. How is this possible? How can other company's be able to be put in your shoes and this billion dollar company can't? How can a customer service representative from their collections department {edited for privacy} put you on hold to check the account and pick up the phone laughing, she went on how she cannot help me, I told her own wanted to speak with a supervisor and she said she will have them call me back because they only do call backs ? really ? waiting 24 hrs and no call back called back to speak with a supervisor he stated {edited for privacy} also states there's nothing he can do I asked to speak with his hire up he placed me on hold for 30 minutes and I get handed over to another supervisor who cannot assist me  I asked to speak with someone who's is in charge of them and get another supervisor call, he puts a call back for me to be called back from a manager, a Veronica calls me {edited for privacy} says she cannot help me that it is already reported I state why did one of your representatives promise the removal of the negative mark upon receipt of last payment arrangement she says it isnt possible I can't help you, I say who can? I'm trying to resolve this issue. she puts a call back so that her floor manager can call me, haven't gotten a call back and its 1/23/2017. This is so shameful that such a huge company can't treat or resolve an issue with its customers. We never received any  email or a phone call stating it will be sent to collections.

no one in the recovery department can help me, i am still waiting on a call back from a floor manager.
