I am unable to redeem a few of my $100 Verizon Gift Card for signing with Fios. I received the email stating I was now eligible to redeem, I followed the instructions, and it sends me to a blank page. I chatted a few times with Reps and nothing. This has been going on for months. I get the constant emails, redeem now..redeem now, it's a joke
