If you just google search Verizon's google and nest scam. You can find out that no matter what you won't be able to get this promotion. From your link not working and having a run around with customer service to being put under false pretense of when your actual due date is.
My story I get the redeem now email and it doesn't work, get told on my Verizon home page I have till a certain date to redeem it. The due date comes and it's still not working. Call in and get told that I'm already pass my due date of using the promotion and that it doesn't matter what I was told on my Verizon account. My due date was 9 days before it and there's nothing they can do. Wish I would have read the information about the scam. It's one reason I kept services with them. Very unhappy customer and after so many years with them idk if I want to continue with a company that gives hope to people just for them to get disappointed. I feel so sorry for other customers and myself for having to deal with this. Unacceptable Verizon!!
