I am told that employees of the Federal government are entitled to a discount but my smaller, independent government agency is not listed. I spent two hours on the phone today trying to figure out how to get that fixed so I could apply but no one seemed to have any answers. Who would I contact to get our agency included on the list so that employees of our agency, ALL Federal government employees, would be allowed to participate in this discount?
I cannot find anything that gives you a monthly discount in Fios other than the military discount through initial sign up for service.
on the wireless side there are discounts for organizations and government and state agencies which is open to those employees that are listed. If your organization is not listed it would have to be set up from the agency itself with Verizon.
