I just made apayment through the app via my bank account without knowing that a subscription renewal just came through as well. I need to cancel it. I have a call back set for 8 am, but if I can cancel sooner, that would be great. Please help!

No one here can fix a billing issue. That can only be fixed via two methods.
1- Call 1-800-VERIZON select billing. However I would not count on any real relief this way.
2- Call your bank and stop the payment. The bank will ask you to fill out a form stating why you want it stopped. They may charge a fee. Although my credit union does not other places do charge.
