Help Please

Please someone help me.  I've tried everything and apparently my only remaining option is to post this message on a forum and pray for assistance.  I just need to be able to email a representative about an issue with my account which has incorrectly been reported to the credit agencies as unpaid.  I've been attempting to solve this issue for over a year now.  When I call and get through the hours of phone gauntlet and speak with a representative they tell me they need to look further into the issue and will call me back and have never called back.  But I am not here to speak about the past.  I need assitance moving forward.  I believe if I can talk with someone specific, instead of an unknown unnamed customer service soldier, that together we can get to the bottom of what has happened with my account.  Please if you read this and you are a representative or can help me get in touch with a customer service representative then please reach out to either them or me with contact information so we can get in touch with eachother.  This is a account history/credit report issue.
