Please someone help me. I've tried everything and apparently my only remaining option is to post this message on a forum and pray for assistance. I just need to be able to email a representative about an issue with my account which has incorrectly been reported to the credit agencies as unpaid. I've been attempting to solve this issue for over a year now. When I call and get through the hours of phone gauntlet and speak with a representative they tell me they need to look further into the issue and will call me back and have never called back. But I am not here to speak about the past. I need assitance moving forward. I believe if I can talk with someone specific, instead of an unknown unnamed customer service soldier, that together we can get to the bottom of what has happened with my account. This is a account history/credit report issue.
